The competition is aimed at young people under 18 who are in an active way interested in internet and who use their knowledge, energy and enthusiasm to the benefit of local communities or all society. The main objective is to support their effort, to help them prepare for their future professional career, to catch up interesting incentives and at the same time further increase their interest in public matters.
