Souběžně s 18. ročníkem konference ISSS se v královéhradeckém kongresovém centru Aldis konala již podvanácté tradiční mezinárodní konference V4DIS (Visegrad Four for Developing Information Society). Na setkání zástupců veřejné správy zemí Visegrádské čtyřky se po roce opět sešla řada významných hostů z České republiky, Slovenska, Polska a Maďarska i z dalších evropských zemí. Osobní záštitu konferenci poskytl podobně jako v předchozích letech místopředseda Senátu Parlamentu ČR Přemysl Sobotka. Jednání konference začalo slavnostním zahájením ve Visegrádském salonku v pondělí dopoledne a za předsednickým stolem se vedle Přemysla Sobotky objevili také Jiří Běhounek, hejtman Kraje Vysočina, který je spolupořadatelem letošního ročníku, generální tajemník Únie miest Slovenska Marian Minarovič, Piotr Filipkowski z polské SGH (Szkoła Główna Handlowa w Warszawie) a ředitel konference ISSS/V4DIS Tomáš Renčín. Moderátorem zahájení byl Jaroslav Šolc z Magistrátu hl. m. Prahy a mezi posluchači nechyběli členové početné delegace Národní rady Slovenské republiky, řada zástupců veřejné správy z ČR, Polska a Maďarska ani Viktoria Bódisová z Mezinárodního visegrádského fondu.

V4DIS 2015–The Twelfth Year of the Visegrad Conference

Simultaneously with the 18^th year of the ISSS conference there is held the traditional international conference V4DIS (Visegrad Four for Developing Information Society) in the Congress Centre Aldis in Hradec Králové already for the twelfth year. After a year the meeting of public administration representatives from the Visegrad Four countries will be again attended by a number of significant guests from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary as well as from other European countries. The personal auspices of the conference were granted similarly as in the previous years by the Vice President of the Senate of the Parliament of ČR Přemysl Sobotka.

The auspices of the Visegrád Conference V4DIS have been granted by the Vice President of the Senate of the Parliament of CR Přemysl Sobotka himself already for many years. The official auspices of the Conference ISSS/V4DIS are also granted by the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic Bohuslav Sobotka, Deputy Prime Minister for the Science, Research and Innovation Pavel Bělobrádek, Minister of the Interior Milan Chovanec, Minister of Regional Development Karla Šlechtová, Minister of Agriculture Marian Jurečka, Vice President of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic Jan Bartošek, President of Hradec Králové Region Lubomír Franc and the Association of Regions of CR.

Local Digital Agenda in the V4 region

The project LDA-V4 (Local Digital Agenda in the V4 countries), which has been mapping the state of public administration in the Visegrad region and whose main implementor is the Vysočina Region, still continues. The project results and consequent recommendation were presented within the programme of the last two years of the conference ISSS/V4DIS in Hradec Králové.

The V4DIS (Visegrad Four—Developing Information Society) 2015 project will be covered through the Autumn 2014 and Spring of 2015 and will climax at ISSS/V4DIS conference from 13^th to 14^th of April 2015 in Hradec Kralove (CZ).

V4DIS 2015—The twelfth year is getting ready

Already for the twelfth year there will be held a traditional international conference V4DIS (Visegrad Four for Developing Information Society), simultaneously with the prestigious national conference ISSS that will take place in the days of 13–14 April 2015 in Hradec Králové. The meeting of public administration representatives of Visegrád Four countries will once again welcome a number of significant guests not only from the Visegrád region, but also from other European countries. The official auspices of the conference will be traditionally granted by the Vice President of the Senate of the Parliament of CR Přemysl Sobotka. At present there is negotiated participation of a deputy of the European Commission that would follow the presentation of the Vice President of the European Commission Neelie Kroes, who was a guest of the last year conference. The conference should be attended also by the official e-government coordinators (so called “digital champions”) from the V4 countries and a number of local as well as foreign experts dealing with the issue of informatization of society and reform of public administration.
