V4DIS 2018 was supported by the International Visegrad Fund

The fifteenth year of the conference V4DIS (Visegrad Four for Developing Information Society), which will be held in the days of 9 and 10 April 2018 as usual simultaneously with the national conference ISSS, was officially supported also by the International Visegrad Fund. At the two-day conference in the Aldis Congress Centre in Hradec Králové there will meet representatives of public administration from the Visegrad Four countries, who deal with the issue of society informatization, e-government development and public administration reform. They will meet local as well as foreign experts in this issue as well as managers of firms supplying their services and technologies to this segment.

Main topics of the conference V4DIS 2018 will include information on key projects that were successfully developed or finished, there will be presented examples of best practice and participants will be able to discuss major challenge in the area of public administration informatization and digitalization of life. Platform will be once again given to the projects concerning further development of cross border cooperation, experience in modern technologies implementation in the wide spectrum of areas connected with public administration and definitely with the concept of so called smart cities and regions.

The main organizer of the V4DIS conference is the Association Czech At, co-organizer is once again the Vysočina Region that was the main implementor of the large project LDA-V4 mapping the state of the public administration informatization in the V4 region and the overall concept of the event is significantly shared in by the cities Hradec Králové and Prague. Apart from the usual accompanying events of the conference ISSS the programme of V4DIS 2018 will offer also the traditional Sunday VIP evening in the Klicpera theatre or awarding of the participants of the competition of young talents JuniorErb, who will be handed over memorial certificates from the hands of a deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of CR.
